If you are not satisfied with the quality of your delivery please contact us within 24 hours and we will either redeliver your order or offer you a 100% refund.
We are unable to accept liability for orders delivered to the incorrect address when the incorrect address has been given due to your error. However we will do our best to help you if this error occurs.
The product images used are to give the best sense of colour tones and styles for your flowers. Due to seasonal fluctuations and the nature of fresh flowers, there may be some occasions where certain varieties may not be available. We reserve the right to replace them with flowers of a similar colour, value and quality.
