Delivery Information

Orders for same-day delivery are only available in Christchurch and must be placed before 11am. SATURDAY deliveries must be placed BEFORE 3pm Friday (except at Easter, when they should be in by 4pm Thursday). 

We offer next-day nationwide delivery, but orders must be placed before 11am the day prior. 

We are not able to deliver on Sundays (except Mother's Day 14th May, 2023) or Public Holidays. If flowers are ordered on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, they will be despatched  the following working day

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION.

Christchurch: Order before 12pm Friday 12th of May for Mother's Day (Sunday) Delivery. As our calendar won't allow choosing Sunday delivery, please leave a comment in Special Delivery instructions at checkout if you would like Mother's Day delivery.

Out-of-town (Urban): No Sunday Delivery Available. Order before 9am Friday the 12th of May for Saturday 13th May Delivery.

Out-of-town (Rural): No Weekend Deliveries Available. Order before 9am Tuesday the 9th of May for Friday 12th May Delivery.

CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR DELIVERY INFORMATION & SHOP HOURS 2023 

All out of town AND Rural deliveries must be placed before 10am Wed 20th December.

Local orders must be placed before  11am on Friday 22 December for delivery on Saturday 23 December.

Our SHOP will be closed 24th December.

Friday 22rd Dec Shop open 8am- 6pm.

Saturday 23rd December Shop open 9am- 5pm.

Sunday 24th December SHOP open 8am -12pm.

CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY.

SHOP CLOSED BOXING DAY- Re opens on 30th December.

Dec 31st December our SHOP WILL BE CLOSED to allow staff time with friends & family.

THERE IS NO DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON SUNDAY 31 DEC.

Remember to order early to allow for delivery over the busy festive season!

Our Shop will reopen Wed 4th Jan 2023- Normal trading hours.

 

HOSPITAL DELIVERY:  Unfortunately we are no longer able to deliver FRESH FLOWERS in to Christchurch Hospital. They will accept other gifts such as candles, cards, chocolates and Body care products. We are able to deliver fresh flowers & gifts in to PRIVATE hospitals.

PLEASE NOTE: Houseplants are only available for South Island delivery.
