Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION.

Orders for same-day delivery are only available in Christchurch and must be placed before 11am. 

SATURDAY deliveries must be placed BEFORE 3pm Friday (except at Easter, when they should be in by 11am Thursday). 

We offer next-day nationwide delivery, but orders must be placed before 11am the day prior. 

We are not able to deliver on Sundays (except Mother's Day) or Public Holidays. If flowers are ordered on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, they will be despatched the following working day

Out-of-town (Urban): No Sunday Delivery Available.

Out-of-town (Rural): No Weekend Deliveries Available.

HOSPITAL DELIVERY: 

Unfortunately we are no longer able to deliver FRESH FLOWERS in to Christchurch Hospital. They will accept other gifts such as candles, cards, chocolates and Body care products. We are able to deliver fresh flowers & gifts in to PRIVATE hospitals.

PLEASE NOTE: Houseplants are only available for South Island delivery.

By booking deliveries with Moffatt's Flower Company you are authorising your delivery to be left at the address specified when booking. We will ensure that it is left in the safest place possible. If you are not happy with the quality of our product please contact us immediately.
